Er entwickelte, w\u00e4hrend das Alpha 7 bereits in Produktion gegangen ist, einige Neuerungen. Diese werden wir ab den 1. Januar 2021 in die Alpha 7 Produktion aufnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Die vordere Umlenkrolle<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Derzeit werden 85mm Umlenkrollen von Alligt verbaut. Aufgrund des gro\u00dfen Winkels im Zugtrum an der vorderen Umlenkrolle, stellte Daniel fest, dass hier ein Verlust an Effizienz auftritt. Aus diesem Grund hat er eine neue Umlenkrolle speziell f\u00fcr das Alpha 7 entwickelt. Diese wird in Kleinserie in Deutschland produziert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die vordere Umlenkrolle von Alligt wird in allen Alpha 7 die ab dem 1. Januar 2021 bestellt werden durch die neue Umlenkrolle ersetzt und machen das Alpha 7 noch effizienter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2810 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.velomobileworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/13-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Die Anlenkplatten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Auch die Anlenkplatten bekommen ein Update. Bisher wurden diese aus gelasertem Edelstahl hergestellt. Daniel hat einen Weg gefunden das Gewicht zu reduzieren die Stabilit\u00e4t und die Steifheit sowie den \u201eWow-Effekt\u201c zu erh\u00f6hen.<br \/>\nDas in Deutschland gefertigte Aluminiumteil wird schwarz eloxiert. Wir denken auch dar\u00fcber nach das Federbein in Zukunft gelb zu eloxieren. Auch diese wundersch\u00f6n gefertigten Fu\u00dfplatten sind ab 1. Januar 2021 Serie bei allen neuen Bestellungen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2815 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.velomobileworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/14-300x139.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"139\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Laufradbau\/Tuning<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dank Sven Kr\u00f6ll von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.velomobile-nord.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.velomobile-nord.de<\/a> wurde das Problem der Speichenspannung und den daraus resultierenden Speichenbr\u00fcchen an mich herangetragen. Wir suchten zusammen eine L\u00f6sung. Da wir kein Speichentensiometer f\u00fcr die sehr kurzen Speichen der Vorderr\u00e4der haben, hat Sven uns alle daf\u00fcr ben\u00f6tigten Werkzeuge beschafft. CENTRIMASTER fertigte extra f\u00fcr uns ein Tensiometer mit 55mm Stiftabstand.<br \/>\nMit dem neuen Tensioner von CENTRIMASTER sind wir in der Lage das Speichentensiometer auf jede beliebige Speiche zu kalibrieren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2817 size-medium alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.velomobileworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image3-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Anfang Januar 2021 werde ich (Jan) Sven besuchen und mich in der Vorgehensweise der Messung und Kalibrierung des Speichentensiometers unterweisen lassen, damit ich dieses an meine Produktionsmitarbeiter weitergeben kann. Die Qualit\u00e4t der Laufr\u00e4der wird dadurch bedeutend verbessert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Preis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Da wir die Umlenkrolle und Anlenkplatten mit in die Produktion des Alpha 7 einflie\u00dfen lassen, haben wir beschlossen den Preis um 100 \u20ac zu erh\u00f6hen. Der Preis steigt f\u00fcr alle ab dem 1. Januar 2021 bestellten Alpha 7 MK2 auf 10.100\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Together for Perfection<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Unser Motto ist gemeinsam zur Perfektion.
