Die heutige Fahrt hatte zwei Ziele. Zum einen den Malojapass zu befahren und zum zweiten durch das Engadin zu rollen. Zwei sch\u00f6ne Dinge am gleichen Tag. Der Malojapass ist ein mittlerer bis einfacher Pass und dazu sehr sch\u00f6n zu fahren. Die Serpentinen folgen dicht hintereinander und man f\u00e4hrt an einer Wand immer h\u00f6her. Am Vormittag liegt er fast komplett im schattigen Wald.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Gleich nachdem wir vom Campingplatz wieder auf der Hauptstra\u00dfe waren, kam von hinten Angelo auf einem Rennrad. Er sah nicht schnell aus und wir konnten den Abstand halten. Das gab uns einen Anreiz vorne zu bleiben. Der Himmel war blau, die Sonne knallte schon, die Stra\u00dfe kurvig, k\u00fchle Waldabschnitte noch im Schatten, saftige Almwiesen mit hellbraunen K\u00fchen. Insgesamt war noch wenig Verkehr unterwegs kurz nach 09:00 h.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nach einer Zeit habe ich etwas auf Angelo gewartet, um mich mit ihm zu unterhalten. Er war auch neugierig und so kamen wir ins Gespr\u00e4ch und fuhren eine Weile nebeneinander. Er ist 70, kleiner und untersetzt, kommt aus Chiavenna und f\u00e4hrt die Tour nach St. Moritz hin und zur\u00fcck mit 100 km und 1.800 H\u00f6henmetern \u00f6fters. Dieses Jahr will er insgesamt ca. 19.000 km fahren. Das ist enorm. Als wir uns dem Anstieg n\u00e4hern sagte er, dahinten wird es hart. Das lag auch an seiner \u00dcbersetzung die h\u00f6chstens 11-32 aufwies und vorne normale Rennradkettenbl\u00e4tter. Wegen der Serpentinen hatten wir diesen Pass gew\u00e4hlt. Immer 100-200 m fahren, dann die n\u00e4chste Serpentine und wieder eine kurze gerade Strecke. Sehr sch\u00f6n anzusehen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Der Verkehr war inzwischen etwas mehr geworden und wurde l\u00e4stig. Motorradfahrer, Wohnmobile, Pkws. Aber der eigentliche Aufstieg von 300 Metern mit 14 Serpentinen war schnell erledigt. Kaum das Brigitte und ich oben an einem Aussichtspunkt waren, kam auch schon Angelo strahlend an. Abklatschen und gegenseitiges Komplimente verteilen. Ein gemeinsames Foto wollten wir noch machen. Da meinte er noch: \u201eFederico du hast ja gar keine Bauch eh!\u201c Er rollte dann da kurzes St\u00fcck abw\u00e4rts nach St. Moritz, um danach wieder umzudrehen. Wir suchten uns ein sch\u00f6nes Pl\u00e4tzchen am Silser See und machten Mittag.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Anschlie\u00dfend ging es am See entlang und dann kam schon St. Moritz. Der Ort ist entt\u00e4uschend. Oben von Maloja entspringt der Inn und flie\u00dft nach Nordosten, um bei Passau in die Donau zu m\u00fcnden. So kann man das Inntal einfach herunterfahren, um nach Deutschland zu fahren ohne weitere P\u00e4sse zu \u00fcberqueren. Wir hatten langsam etwas Zeitdruck und entschieden uns daher f\u00fcr diese schnelle L\u00f6sung um nach Norden zu kommen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hier oben beginnt auch das Engadin, eine der sch\u00f6nsten Landschaften der Schweiz. Oft geht es nur mit geringem Gef\u00e4lle abw\u00e4rts. Manchmal kommt dann wieder ein steileres St\u00fcck. Nach 100 km durch das Engadin und 800 m tiefer kamen wir nach \u00d6sterreich. In Pfunds kauften wir f\u00fcr den Abend ein und fuhren auf den Campingplatz. Der erste und einzige Platz auf dieser Reise, der sehr stark gef\u00fcllt war. F\u00fcr uns sehr ungewohnt. Viele Wildwasserfahrer auf Kurzurlaub um Himmelfahrt herum. Ebenso einige Radreisende auf dem Weg nach Italien \u00fcber die Via Claudia. Und nat\u00fcrlich die \u00fcblichen Motorrad- und Wohnmobiltouristen.<\/p>\n
