- Optimize the website to improve user experience and online visibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, on time and within budget
- Create engaging content for ads, social media, and blog posts
- Manage social media presence across platforms
- Utilize marketing AI tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve engagement
- Monitor competitors in the market to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends
- This is a full-time, on-site position based at our factory in Breaza-Mureș.
About You:
- English required. Additional languages are a strong plus.
- You have strong social media management skills with an excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- You're passionate about sustainable transportation and creating positive experiences
- You have 2+ years of marketing experience
- You're proficient in SEO, SEM, and using Google & Facebook Ads
- Experience with relative tools like Figma or Canva is a plus
