To remove rear wheel, first shift to smallest cog and remove chain from front chainring to eliminate tension. Use 19mm key (available through website) to loosen rear axle – turn clockwise to loosen due to reverse threading. Note Loctite presence on threads.

Remove bushings noting size difference – larger on drive side, smaller opposite. For wide-range cassettes (11-52), additional clearance needed: remove rear suspension nut, washer, and derailleur to lower swing arm.

Regular spoke tension maintenance recommended – maintain 1000-1200 Newton (122 kg) with monthly calibration checks.
